What do i do for a nose bleeding, bad headache and sick at stomach?

Work up: Would get a complete work up including a neurological examination, MRI or ct scan of the brain and bloodwork.

See your doc.: Your symptoms are either unrelated and will require separate explanation and treatment or related and will require a lot more history and data. Either way i think you should see your doc and let them figure this out.
