Numbness: Numbness in the hands and arms can indicate at neuromuscular disorder. Putting on weight and craving sugar could indicate Diabetes. The two problems may actually be related. My suggestion is to seek out medical attention in your area and have some blood work and full examination performed by your primary care doctor.
