Several things asked: For how long you are dealing with back pain? Any trauma or strenuous activity prior to onset (ex., lifting something heavy)? One of the problems to consider with problem sitting is a disc derangement. Usually this could be treated with medication, physical therapy, and if no improvement get an MRI. Facet joints also is in differential. Heavy lifting can make problem worse.
