First one has to see: Why she has osteoporosis. Is it just related to age or issue related to systemic disease like thyroid or environmental like smoking or a combination including poor nutrition. She needs a medical evaluation and then based on her medical condition there are a variety of options up to and including options like reclast, (zoledronic acid) Prolia and forteo.
