Mild loss of disc space height l5-s1. 20 years old what could be causes of this and what is a non surgical treatment? i went to the doc 3 times being told it was a sprain before a x-ray. im going to be referred to a spine specialist but wanted to ask

Rest: A loss of disc height may or may not mean anything. Disc will loose height for Many causes. The best way to see what is going on is MRI.
