? Question: Are you asking how to tell the difference? Or are these results u were given by an md? Was this a breast or underarm ultrasound? Lipomas look like your normal fat but balled up in a lump, sometimes a very thin capsule is seen. Lymph nodes will often appear more dense and show blood flow on special ultrasounds. Both of these are usually benign. What is it u are ultrasounding?
