TB Exposure: You did not mention if you are having any type symptoms. Your chest xray was negative. Assuming you don't have any symptoms for TB (cough, fever, night sweats, weight loss etc), what your tests (M'toux tst +ve and Qferon test +ve) show is that you have been EXPOSED to the TB bacteria sometime in the past. It does not necessary mean that you have active TB infection at this time.

My xray shows Minimal fibronodular opacities are seen in the right upper lungs with no strong suspicions of active TB but they recommended sputum test. My xrays before, 4 years ago is still the same. What does it mean in a point of view of a Doctor?
