Doctor driving me crazy. not giving me proper diagnosis . said costochondriis now she's saying possible tb? wouldn't that show up on x ray? rare?

Symptoms....: Symptoms of active TB include fever, night sweats, cough with sputum production (sometimes bloody), fatigue, shortness of breath, etc. Costochondritis is caused by inflammation of the chest wall cartilage and is characterized by reproducible chest wall pain. What symptoms are you having? Do you have a positive TB skin test? Were you exposed to anyone w/ active TB? Need more info to diagnose
