Don't be scared: At your young age, this is most likely benign. There are many etiologies for this, including past trauma or pneumonia. Even, not taking a big breath during the x-ray could show an abnormality. The good news: the lung parenchyma (tissue) looks good. If no other symptoms, relax. If symptoms, see a physician asap.
