To fix or not.: All flannel aside, there are just two ways to treat bunions. These are conservatively and radically. Conservative means you can either do nothing or use an orthotic to help the deformity from increasing. Wearing accommodative shoes is also included. Radical means you have it surgically corrected. The decision is personal and based on different criteria for different people and situations.
