See below: Shoes with a wide shoe box would be the first thing i'd recommend. Consult a podiatrist for more aggressive treatments.

Bunion treatment: Treatment depends on severity of symptoms and deformity. There are conservative approaches that can relieve the pain but surgery is the only definitive approach to the deformity.

Bunion: As stated , at your age surgical intervention is probably best. See your podiatrist for a consultation and exam and x rays. Ask a lot of questions and realize that you are a part of your healing and will need to follow your doctors directions.
