Neither high nor low: A random blood sugar (meaning a non-fasting test) on a child during a day when she's not feeling well, can have a wide range and not mean anything at all. There are many, many possible reasons for a person to vomit one time (almost all the reasons are nothing to worry about). Her regular doctor can follow-up if symptoms persist or recur.

BS: The random Blood sugar was high since done post workout and doeant sound like after a meal. Suggest see MD and get a fasting blood sugar done in am. A Hba1c can help. A follow up is needed, the numbers are not right. Please arrange to see pediatric MD asap. If still sick seek care at an ER.
