Normal sugar: You seem to be checking your sugar with a glucomoter frequently, why? A normal glucose is between 80-99 mg/dl. If you have chronic episodes of low glucose levels, go to and endocrinologist and ask to be evaluated for an insulinoma, which means you have a pancreas that is secreting Insulin at times when it is not needed.
