You should be fine: OK to stop Plavix (clopidogrel) for 3 days, but you should have a pre surgery course of antibiotics. Check with your primary care provider or your cardiologist.

Yes: You must stop the Plavix so that you can heal properly after your extractions. Just for your confidence, check with your physician for his approval.
