Contact wear OK: Styes are in the substance of the lid and the infection they contain will only leak onto the eye if they are very large, pus filled and leak. Most are small and cannot interact with a contact, so you may wear yours. If the eye gets red, painful, or the vision changes, then remove the lens until you get an evaluation.
