I was diagonised with chronic gastritis 5 months ago after an endoscopy. was prescribed pylokit for two weeks and omeprazole for two months and i never really got better. now the abdominal pains are much worse and now extend to lower abdomen. im still on

Persistent gastritis: You need to be re-evaluated. The answer to a problem is sometimes not easily identifiable. There may be many things going on. Please see you physician for further evaluation.

I recently got an upper endoscopy and the biopsy results came back as mild chronic inactive gastritis. I don't think this is all that is happening. There is also pain on both sides of my lower abdomen. can gastritis be causing this as well?
Colonoscopy/upper endoscopy say everything fine, still burning/stabbing pain in abdomen. Worse since procedures. 40mg Omeprazole & Dicyclomine.
