I recently got an upper endoscopy and the biopsy results came back as mild chronic inactive gastritis. I don't think this is all that is happening. There is also pain on both sides of my lower abdomen. can gastritis be causing this as well?
Colonoscopy/upper endoscopy say everything fine, still burning/stabbing pain in abdomen. Worse since procedures. 40mg Omeprazole & Dicyclomine.
I have already been diagnosed with non atrophic chronic gastritis via endoscopy. But separate doc doesn't think its bad. Still have occasional pain in the upper right quadrant (my right) of my abdomen (and only there). Is that normal for gastritis?
