R/O GASTROENTERITIS: R/O gastroenteritis: the symptoms you describe are consistent with this. You need to rest push fluids 64-80 oz/Dy. If symptoms persist you need to be examined and have labs checked and stool for Giardia/lactoferin/blood& H pylori the ulcer causing bacteria. Labs : : Amylase/lipase/B12/VITD/Folic Acid. Pepto Bismal and Acrivated Charcoal will slow down the diarrhea.. As you restart diet stay GF
