Call dentist: No question in my mind that you need to get your dentist involved right away. Don't wait until Monday. Call his answering service and if you don't hear from him quickly get to an ER....you do not want an abscess to get a head start in the mouth, gums, or teeth. That's a potential serious problem.

Re-evaluation: Don't know how deep the fillings were, but if deep, the nerve of the tooth may have been affected. Rapid swelling requires immediate attention. Call your dentist.
