Unlikely: Nasal sprays usually help opening the Eustachian tubes and clear the middle ears, and probably that was your ENT doctor judgment, there are several other causes for ear buzzing in either external or middle ears, so long you don't suffer dizziness or vertigo or any other symptom of the inner ear, wait till you get to see the ENT doctor again or check with your GP you need to be reevaluated
