Nasal saline : Use steroid spray sparingly and note any changes in your symptoms. Nasal saline a few times daily will keep the passages moist. Avoid smoke, dust,mold and common allergens. Speak to your ENT physician about ciliary dyskinesia and sending a sample for analysis.
