Dear dr. i have a painful ear infection for 2 weeks now. i visited 2 chemists. 1st was given aurone and sinus medication including nasal spray . 2nd gave cortisone tablets for fluid in ear, and sinus meds. ear still not cleared up.

Ear Infection: If you truly have an ear infection you most probably need an antibiotic. Please see a physician rather than chemists for a proper diagnosis and correct medication.
