My ears have been blocked on and off for a year. doc perscribed nasal sprays and saw ent specialist who gave me another nasal spray. it hasn't worked?

See an allergist: You may have allergies. If you do, and sprays do not work then the next option to consider is allergy shots. Skin tests would be the first step before anything else. Avoiding what you are allergic to is also important.
