Teeth grinding?: If you do not have nasal congestion and the ear pain is not a throbbing one, I suspect that you may be grinding your teeth at night. See a dentist. The lack of response to prednisone and nasal spray is against nasal congestion as the cause.

Hi. I have an extremely runny nose (for about 4 weeks now. I also have a heavy and thick head, and my chest hurts or is heavy when i breathe. What can i take to help? I've taken acc, coranza, and lintagon, and also been using Iliadin nose spray.
Can Ipratropium Bromide nasal spray help with post-nasal drip? No runny nose or front nasal discharge, just the drip. Not linked to allergy (per ENT)
My 3 year old high temps 38.6 for 3 days. Alternating Panado and neurofen 5ll shes 12kgs and empaped sometimes. Ears ok as had ent check on wed, bit of a runny nose. Shall I still treat viral symptoms still ?
