Balanced diet and: exercise promote health and weight loss. One cannot say how much you will loose but fat will turn to muscle and you will look and feel more toned in body. See y our doc to make sure you are healthy enough for the changes you are making. Peace and good health. Measure your goodness by the way you act and treat others and not the number on the scale.
