Rest cross training: Maybe developing Achilles tendinitis. May need to cross train with a lighter exercise such as bike or try elliptical. Heat, NSAIDs, stretching can be helpful for tendinitis. Watch carefully, don't ignore and allow it to escalate. Can be difficult to obtain resolution if you allow inflammation to become chronic.
