Lymphadenopathy: Although this is compatible with several viral infections, it may also be due a variety of other pathogens, some tick-borne, others not. This needs further investigation by your doctor and if it continues for an extended length of time perhaps bone marrow exams, lymph node biopsy and other means of diagnosis may be necessary.
