My most recent bloodwork shows wbc 11.6, platelet 425, neutrophils 8.3, monocytes 0.8, mchc 32, hematocrit 45.8. i have been feeling awful. fatigued and tired. are these results concerning at all?

These results are unremarkable and shed no light on the cause of your fatigue. A thorough history and system review & complete physical examination are needed. I'd be interested in a mono test,liver function tests as well as the rest if a complete metabolic profile for starters.
