More Likely Bone: when you have such extensive oral surgery, small pieces of the supporting bone break off and your body pushes them to the surface. With so many teeth removed this may continue for some time. Just keep seeing yourOral Surgeon/ Dentist and he/she will get them all out.

Consult: with the dentist who removed the teeth. If necessary seek a second opinion from an oral surgeon.

Depends: Extracting 32 teeth that are badly broken down or roots with extensive decay in an environment where the gums are usually swollen and bleeding can be challenging. It is possible that small pieces of residual tooth structure can sometimes remain due to the difficulty in visualizing them, as well as small bone spicules that appear after the teeth are removed. Your dentist can advise you.

Can't answer: The only one who can is the Dentist or Surgeon who did the extraction.
