Hi there's a spot on the back of neck hurts , sore to touch . i don't think it's a lymph node. feels like my regular old neck but that spot is sore , what is that?

Impossible to say: The only way to answer that question would be with an examination. The likely causes are folliculitis, furuncle or sebaceous cyst which may be infected. If it is a problem for you, a doctor's appointment would be helpful.
