Sore throat with white (exudate) spots in the back of the throat is frequently diagnosed as Streptococcus infection. See a Dr either in person or via telehealth to receive a diagnosis and appropriate prescription medication. It is important that Strep throat be treated since it can lead to severe problems if left untreated.

This could be strep throat which needs an antibiotic, or could be a virus, which would just need fluids, acetaminophen, rest, and resolves on its own. Please see your doctor to get properly diagnosed and treated if indicated.
