Strep, mono, adeno: The response from your nodes means your body is working the way it is supposed to. The spot does not tell us which bug you have. I suggest you seek medical attention so if it is strep, you can medicine so you reduce your chance of any complications. There are other infections you could have and many of them require supportive care.
