Recurrent migraines on bottom of head near neck and lymph nodes of head, tender spot, may it be associated with chronic head tilting?

Possible but: Many migraine attacks start at the neck area. However i can see how a neck issue may trigger a migraine even though these two conditions are separate problems.

Cervical migraines: Many things can trigger a migraine attack, i.e. Certain food/drink, odor/perfume, lack of sleep, skipping meals, menstrual/period cycle, medications, sinus infection, tmjs, and for sure neck pain or cervical disc/nerve trouble. So, certainly neck pain/disease can trigger recurrent migraines and so if you have neck strain, this should be corrected. I suggest getting an eval by doc. Good luck.

Probably not: A tender spot may be muscular and seem like a headache but migraine is typically due to problems in vessels and would not be due to head tilting or position.
