It's all over now.: You probably meant to ask: "My big toe slightly overlaps my second toe." Right? This likely means that you are developing a bunion. The shifting of the big toe means it is either going over, under or pushing aside the second toe. Yours is going over. As long as you have no problems with the changing toe position, then leave it alone. Only time will tell if the problem will need some attention.
