Depends: It depends what eye drops you mean. Non preserved artificial tears can be use as often as needed. Other drops like steroid or glaucoma drops should be used only as indicated by your eyemd.

Depends: If you are using prescription drops use them according to he directions given you. If you are using over the counter drops like eye lubricant drops, they can be used many more than 3 times per day.

Yes: Use your drops as prescribed by your eye md. If they are over the counter use them as directed on the label. Most otc drops can be use more than 3 times a day. You can use preservative free tears and drops more often because they do not aggravate the eyes, like preserved tears/drops possibly can. I usually recommend that one use preserved drops no more than 4 times a day, unless directed.
