See a dermatologist: Or ENT DR. Topical antibiotic is useless. You do not even know if it is infection. If it is on the rim and wakes you from sleep, it may be chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis. If it bleeds it may be a skin cancer. The DR will identify it and treat accordingly.
