Probably safe: Neither of these is primarily a sleeping pill but are often used to help people get to sleep through the drowsiness side effects. One is often for anxiety and the new one is for depression. Each are a low doseage and at bedtime you'll not be driving or operating machinery. Just relax and sleep while on them.
