Probably not : All tranquilizers will relax you at first, but then the effect wears off if you continue to take them. They are best taken occasionally rather than regularly. There is not a sleep med that will always let you fall asleep quickly, sleep all night, and wake up without feeling groggy. Try playing relaxing music as you go to sleep. Also sometimes melatonin can help. Also your Paxil (paroxetine) may help.
