Insomnia: Both Ativan (lorazepam) and Clonanzepam are medications for Anxiety. In decreasing Anxiety thoughts and anxiety feeling, EITHER Medication can help you sleep. Therapy for stress will benefit. Consider: Exercise or Yoga in the evening.
