I am taking amox tr-k clv 875 mg 125 mg every 12 hours but want to take it once a day instead. i am a diabetic and taking farxiga,oseni,lipitor (atorvastatin).

I would advise not: to do that. The antibiotic is 12 hours tab, and it becomes low in the body after 12 hours resulting in being not effective as well as making the infection grow resistance to the Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). It is usually 7 to 10 days, so please bear it and continue taking as prescribed. Thank you and good luck.
