Hello. Is omega XL safe for diabetics taking insulin metformin glipizide Lipitor (atorvastatin) diazid tricor & bp meds, spiriva advair. ?

Likely safe: I am not familiar with the product omega XL..I suspect it has to do with omega 3 supplementation. I wouldn't expect any clinically significant interactions with omega 3 fatty acids and the above regimen.
