I usually take one 10 mg lipitor (atorvastatin) a day, by mistake i just took one 40 mg table should i be concerned? should i be concerned?

You : You should be perfectly fine. Lipitor (atorvastatin) is dosed anywhere from 10mg-80mg, so a one time 40mg tab should not cause any harm. Consider putting any meds you do not currently take in a different location then the ones you take at present. This should help prevent a mix up in the future. Take care.
