Not fine: I would suggest a second opinion..Without more information it is difficult to arrive at a differential diagnosis.

Get 2nd openion: You may have a bite/ occlusion issues which cause you grind and clinch your teeth, have them evaluate your TMJ joint and analysis your bite.

TMJ PAIN! : If you have pain or tenderness in your facial bone, you must be clenching or even grinding at night. Need to find out if you ave a TMJ syndrome. As far as burning on your tongue and bleeding gums, you might have gingivitis or early periodontitis that you are not aware. Change your toothpaste to colgate total, brush & floss x daily and get a 2nd opinion.
