Possible infection: It is possible this represents infection in hand or a skin reaction & contact dermatitis affecting the hand, possibly an insect bite. The jaw pain may represent an inflammed and activated Lymph node. Would see UR primary care doctor, otherwise could become serious if not treated appropriately.
