How may cyst : The number of cyst and age determine it. Do you have family history of PCKD? Not all patients have it. If you are worked seeing a kidney doc to review your imaging result and kidney function and blood pressure may be needed. Not all cyst are due to PCKD nor does very patient with cyst develop PCKD. Cyst can be present and not cause any effect. There are genetic test but would not advise yet.
