Hi my wife has polycystic kidney disease from her father, is there a way it's cured or removed? i know when she gets older shell be on dialysis but is there any other better option instead? can the cysts be removed?

No: There are more than one such disorder but they entail hundreds of cysts formed within the kidney tissue. Any attempt at cyst removal traumatizes/scars good tissue along with the bad. With today's technology the eventual outcome is as you have mentioned.
