My first thought ..: ..is that this is some type of chemical/drug interaction or imbalance. Your question suggests that you feel almost partly conscious. almost like the mental state someone feels when trying to regain consciousness after anesthesia. Avoid ALL drugs, except those absolutely necessary. Pursue relaxation/meditation. If persists, see your doctor or a sleep medicine specialist. Good wishes:)
