R/O SEIZURE DISORDER: The symptoms you describe are a bit unusual. You need a full exam and labs. Baseline screening with Brain MRI. Also an EEG would be indicated to evaluate for a subtle seizure disorder. If episodes are occurring at night and disrupting sleep, a sleep study would be indicated to rule out underlying sleep disorder.
