My jaws joint hurts when i eat something. In the past i was cracking my jaw. And when I swallow my split i can hear bubbles popping in my ears. What should i do? Does that mean that i damaged my jaws joint?
When laying down or sleeping, I hear a very loud snap inside my head. It will wake me up. Sometimes I feel like I can't move for a few seconds.
The back of my head has been making a popping/cracking noise. (Right above where neck and head meet) It will even do it when I'm not moving. First noticed it when I trying to sleep but now I hear it a lot. Also have ringing in ears. Thoughts?
