Do some research 1st: It is very common for people with an anxiety disorder to be sensitive to common stimuli... As in lying on one side or the other, they may hear their own pulse in the auricular artery: "squish!" so put your finger over your carotid artery (neck) and see if the sound and your pulse "match". Another common "sound" is called "tinnitus", a "ringing", high pitch thought to be auditory nerve misbehavior!
