Kneeling down to clean fridge, stood up and hit my head really hard on the freezer door. took my breath away. pupils never changed, no vomiting, no headache but huge goose egg and its sore. happened at 9am. its 5:45 pm. think im okay?

If you did not fall from the hit, you are unlikely to have injured your brain. The hematoma, "goose egg" will resolve with time. After a couple of days warm fomentation may facilitate the process.

Minor closed head injuries are very common, and not unusual to experience scalp bruising. See a doctor if increasing headaches, blurring or doubling of vision, nausea and/or vomiting, dizziness and/or imbalance, episodes of loss of consciousness.
